I am a mother
I wonder what life holds for my children
I hear their joy and laughter
I see their smiles and tears
I want the best for them
I am a mother
I pretend they will never get hurt
I feel what they feel
I touch their souls
I worry about them incessantly
I lament that I cannot protect them
I am a mother
I understand that I cannot protect them
I say I want them to be independent
I dream of their happiness
I try to instill good morals and values
I hope I have done a good job
I am a mother
Con un pan y cafecito,
Seguimos adelante,
Zulmara Maria
En la unión está la fuerza
In unity there’s strength
